Orchestre Français des Jeunes / Kristiina Poska / Edgar Moreau
The Orchestre Français des Jeunes, an educational laboratory for students from higher conservatories, performs under the direction of its chief conductor Kristiina Poska. Following a tour of the Baltic states, the ensemble visits the Philharmonie de Paris for a programme featuring Richard Strauss's symphonic poem Also sprach Zarathustra alongside Elgar’s lyrical Cello Concerto, performed by soloist Edgar Moreau. The concert also includes Exodus by Estonian composer Erkki-Sven Tüür.
