A homegrown, uplifting disco night.
Mr Bongo DJs return to Grow for an extended 4-hour DeepDig set on Bank Holiday Sunday. Since starting as a Soho record shop in 1989, Mr Bongo has become a globally respected name for digging and reissuing essential sounds from Brazil, Latin America, Africa, and the Caribbean. Their sets are high-energy journeys through rare Brazilian grooves, deep disco, soul, gospel, and house. Opening the evening on the terrace, Liminal People (Alfie and Paloma) set the tone with soulful and psychedelic selections. Expect a drift through obscure disco, ecstatic house, and leftfield grooves in an intimate canalside setting.
