A compelling live performer known for his searingly soulful voice and heart-twisting melodies, Owens filters his love of Americana through a gritty yet lyrical Scottish sensibility. The show offers a deep dive into his extensive back catalogue, featuring stories from his travels alongside masterpieces of filmic songwriting that explore themes of family and the wanderers of the world. His latest work, Spirit Ridge, was recorded in Italy and connects the US desert states with post-industrial Scotland.
