Grachtenfestival: Nina Rompa & 3VIOLAS

Amsterdam-based vocalist Nina Rompa presents the live premiere of her new album 'Hoog' at the Zuiderkerk. After years of classical violin training and jazz vocal studies, her music blends classical and jazz elements with Dutch lyrics as a central theme. This performance features a unique instrumentation where the warm sound of the viola, jazz guitar, clarinet, and double bass create a dreamy sound bed for her voice. The concert is part of the Jazz Gems series, a collaboration between the Grachtenfestival and the Keep an Eye Foundation that provides emerging talents with complete artistic freedom.
