Guitarist Samrat Majumder performs a programme celebrating the legacies of John Dowland and Johann Sebastian Bach. The performance explores how the sensibilities of the Renaissance and Baroque eras are translated through the unique tonal palette of the guitar, featuring Dowland's fancies and pavans alongside Bach's Lute Suite No. 1 and a new work by Arthur Keegan-Bole.
