The Block Party returns as a highlights of the De Beauvoir Jazz Festival. Award-winning tuba player Theon Cross headlines the afternoon, bringing his unique blend of jazz, dub, soca, and sound-system culture to the stage. Known for reinventing the tuba with funk-influenced leads and swaggering bass lines, Cross is joined by DJs Island Girl and Lady Kamikaze for an afternoon of music and celebration.
