On the eve of Philip Glass’ 90th birthday, Riot Ensemble performs his monumental four-hour work, Music in 12 Parts. Described by the composer as 'the end of minimalism', this epic performance marks only the third time in history that an ensemble has staged the complete work. The concert offers a comprehensive retrospective of the minimalist style through one of its most significant and demanding masterpieces.
