The performance features Schubert's Symphony No. 8, the 'Unfinished', a two-movement masterpiece that remains one of music's great legends. The quest for the absolute continues with the Prelude and Liebestod from Wagner's Tristan and Isolde, concluding with Beethoven's sovereign Symphony No. 3, 'Eroica'. Dedicated to the memory of a great man, the Eroica is a profound meditation on human destiny performed by an ensemble founded to unite Israeli and Arab musicians.
