Olicía is a duo featuring singers and multi-instrumentalists Fama M’Boup and Anna-Lucia Rupp. Their music centers on vocal harmony and experimentation, using synchronized loop stations to create sounds ranging from fragile folk and pulsating pop to avant-garde soul and jazz. Their performance is entirely live, avoiding backing tracks to maintain a space for improvisation. Joining them is Kid Be Kid, a Berlin-based artist known for her explosive performances where she simultaneously sings, plays piano, and beatboxes, creating the sound of a full band on her own.
