Mood is Europe's music event discovery and ticketing platform. It indexes concerts, underground raves, festivals, and parties across Athens, Amsterdam, Paris, Bucharest, and more - and surfaces the ones that match your taste. You can browse events by city and genre, buy tickets directly in the app, and follow your favourite artists and venues.

Yes. Go to Settings -> Connections to link your music accounts. We'll use your favorite artists and playlists to personalize events. You can disconnect anytime.

Yes. Tap Follow on a venue or artist profile to get updates and higher ranking of their events in your feed.

Yes. The Mood app is free to download and use on iOS and Android. There is no subscription fee. You only pay for event tickets when you choose to buy them, and Mood does not add extra service fees on top of the ticket price for in-app checkout events.

Yes. Athens is Mood's largest market. The platform covers hundreds of events across Athens venues including clubs, concert halls, and outdoor stages - from techno and house nights to rebetiko, hip-hop, and live rock shows. You can browse Athens events at events.musicofourdesire.com or in the Mood app.

Use the location pill on the Explore screen or go to Settings -> Location. You can track multiple cities by following venues and promoters in each.

Open the event or venue page, tap ··· and choose Suggest an edit. For urgent fixes, email support with a link to the page.

Mood currently covers Athens, Amsterdam, Paris, Bucharest, Rotterdam, Thessaloniki, Patras, Mykonos, Timișoara, and Cluj-Napoca. We're actively expanding - follow us to be notified when your city is added.

Yes. Amsterdam is one of Mood's most active markets. The platform covers clubs, underground raves, and live shows across the city - including events during Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) in October. Browse Amsterdam events at events.musicofourdesire.com/events/Amsterdam.

Yes. Mood covers Paris events including electronic music nights, live concerts, festivals, and club events. You can browse Paris events at events.musicofourdesire.com/events/Paris or in the Mood app.

We blend signals like your saved artists and genres, event popularity in your city, and your past interactions in the app to rank events you'll likely enjoy. The more you use Mood (save/like/hide), the better it gets.

Open the Mood app or visit the website, set your city, then tap or browse the Techno genre category. You'll see a ranked list of upcoming techno, industrial, and minimal events in your area - sorted by date and relevance to your taste.

Yes. Mood specialises in underground and independent events that don't appear on mainstream platforms. Events are sourced directly from venues and promoters, so you'll find warehouse parties, after-hours events, and small-capacity club nights alongside bigger shows.

Mood covers a wide range of genres including techno, house, drum & bass, hip-hop, R&B, rock, pop, jazz, reggae, and more. Each event is tagged by genre so you can filter by exactly what you want to hear.

You can buy tickets directly through Mood. Some events offer a one-click in-app checkout, while others will redirect you to the official ticketing partner. We’re continuously working to bring one-click checkout to more events.

Open the event page on the Mood website or app, then tap Buy Tickets. For events with in-app checkout, select your ticket type, enter your email, and pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay - your ticket is delivered instantly by email. For events handled by an external ticketing partner, Mood will redirect you to their checkout. No account is required to buy tickets.

Refunds are processed by the original ticketing provider. Open your ticket receipt (or the event's ticketing page) and follow their refund policy. If you need help finding the provider, contact us.

Mood accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for in-app ticket purchases. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. No account is required to complete a purchase.

Your ticket is emailed to the address you provided at checkout, usually within seconds of payment. The email contains a QR code or PDF ticket - show it at the door. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

You can enable push notifications to stay updated about hot events and reminders.

We store your account details and app interactions needed to personalize your experience. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can request export or deletion from Settings -> Privacy.
