Amsterdam Klezmer Festival ★ Live Oriol Marès & Talal Fayad Quartet + Warming Up Amsterdam Klezmer Jam ♫

Jazz, Arabic, and Latin music all together! This fusion project with original compositions brings together different cultural backgrounds: Oriol Marès is a jazz and Latin music clarinetist and composer from Girona, while Talal Fayad is an oud player and composer from Syria. Both seek to find common artistic ground through their own arrangements and compositions, where each invites the other into a musical space beyond their comfort zone—a universe that references Anouar Brahem and Paquito D’Rivera, their main inspirations. Together with drummer/percussionist Lucas Zegrí & Thodoris Ziarkas on the double bass we are in for a treat!
