A nostalgic choral night.
Philippe Herreweghe and his Collegium Vocale Gent return to Bach's Mass in B minor, a work they have performed and recorded extensively over their long partnership. This performance features a high-caliber quartet of soloists, including countertenor Alex Potter. The ensemble aims for a deep symbiosis between text and music in what many consider to be one of the greatest musical masterpieces ever written.
