An underground, slow-burn experimental night.
Köpenicker Straße 147 Hinterhof, 1. Etage, 10997 Berlin
More than a concert, Black Communion is an event series promoting creative practices in sound within the Black diaspora. It fosters experiences from the transnational Afro-diaspora, breaking genre boundaries and encouraging experimentation through collaboration. United by sonic activism ranging from composition to improvisation and sound art, artists from the Americas, Europe, and Africa come together. The first evening features individual performances from each artist.
