William Basinski is a classically trained musician and composer working in experimental media with obsolete technology and analogue tape loops to create melancholy soundscapes. Joining him is Desert-born producer Cholla, who programs soft rhythms and dubbed-out pads anchored in ambient and IDM. Part of DURATIONS Festival, a multi-disciplinary exploration of sound and connection taking place across prominent New York venues.
