A homegrown, underground chinese indie night.
Emerging from an online radio, no idea is an ambient and experimental event series dedicated to creating a listening-focused space. Louis Gardner is a singer, songwriter and improviser whose work sits between contemporary classical, folk and lo-fi songwriting, centring on instinct, exploration and emotional truth. Voision Xi is a Shanghai-based jazz vocalist, lyricist, composer, and music producer whose acclaimed 2022 debut album 'Lost for Words' was followed by the widely celebrated 2024 album 'Queen and Elf'. JQ (Joe Quirke) is a South London-based synthesizer player and composer. Teendrum is the DJ alias of London-based keyboardist and composer shen ao, who released his album 'cyberspace / bug party' via Kit Records.
