Under the baton of Conductor Emeritus Vladimir Jurowski, the London Philharmonic Orchestra opens the evening with the transcendent Prelude to Wagner’s Parsifal and concludes with Bruckner’s majestic Seventh Symphony, a work famously inspired by a dream of an angel.
