Mälkki Conducts Bartók
Susanna Mälkki leads the Los Angeles Philharmonic in a performance highlighting the works of Béla Bartók. Celebrated for her interpretation of Bartók's music, Mälkki conducts the Concerto for Orchestra, a piece that evolves from stately beginnings to a spirited conclusion, showcasing the various solo capabilities of the orchestra's musicians.
