A concert cycle with Sir András Schiff at the turn of the year has almost become a tradition at the Pierre Boulez Saal. This time, chamber music takes center stage alongside a solo evening of works by Johann Sebastian Bach. Joined by close musical friends, Schiff will perform in two different trio programs and vocal evenings featuring music by Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann, Brahms, Bartók, and others. A particular highlight is his performance with young pianists whose artistic development he supports through his "Building Bridges" mentoring project.
