A gritty red dirt night.
Lance Roark, hailing from the Red Dirt haven of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, presents his debut record, Bad Reputation. Released in late 2025 via Thirty Tigers, the album represents his roots through a swampy blend of country music with touches of rock and blues. Roark, who grew up on country and Southern rock, was significantly influenced by the Red Dirt sound of Cross Canadian Ragweed. His career gained momentum after befriending RC Edwards of the Turnpike Troubadours. Roark has since performed alongside notable acts such as Turnpike, Wyatt Flores, Muscadine Bloodline, and American Aquarium. Bad Reputation marks the beginning of what he hopes will be a long career in music, drawing inspiration from legendary artists like Willie Nelson.
