A raw, underground classical night.
As part of the Early Music Days festival, Stravaganza explores the groundbreaking Neapolitan School of the early 17th century, blending early Baroque works with contemporary experimental sound. The collaboration between Kristia Michael, Alexis Mastichiadis, and Nikos Veliotis creates a ritualistic soundscape where bold harmonies and expressive tension meet electronic drones and noise. The performance features works by historical composers such as Carlo Gesualdo and Jacopo Peri, alongside pieces by the performing musicians and a new commission by Panos Iliopoulos.
