An underground jazz night.
Benjamin Herman’s European Alto Festival honors the legacy of Piet Noordijk, the iconic alto saxophonist of the Metropole Orkest and the Dutch jazz scene. This edition features two of Herman's favorite international players: Irene Reig from Spain and Rachael Cohen from Scotland. Together, they explore the rich sound and expressive power of the alto saxophone, supported by a world-class rhythm section.
