A nostalgic baroque night.
Herbert-von-Karajan-Straße 1, Berlin
The ensemble of the Czech Chamber Philharmonic Prague is considered one of the best new orchestras in the Czech Republic today. In Berlin, their Christmas concerts have been a musical institution at the Berlin Philharmonie for years. The musicians invite audiences back to the Kammermusiksaal to interpret works by two of history's most beloved composers: the baroque master Antonio Vivaldi and the prodigy Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In addition to Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons," the orchestra performs Mozart's "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" serenade under the direction of Petr Chromczák and violinist Martín Kos.
