Her programme explores the art of transcription and paraphrase, featuring works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Liszt, and Sigismond Thalberg. The performance includes Liszt’s operatic treatments of Handel, Bellini, and Gounod, alongside Busoni’s epic arrangement of Bach’s Chaconne and Liszt’s formidable Dante Sonata.
