Ektoside

Ektoside is the music project of Mirko Mlinarevic, originally from Bosnia & Herzegovina and currently based in Berlin. His work is not driven by formulas or short-term trends, but by a personal need to translate inner processes, emotional tension and transformation into sound. At the heart of Ektoside lies a narrative mindset: tracks are built like chapters, unfolding gradually and guiding the listener through evolving emotional states. Groove, atmosphere and energy are used with intention — not to overwhelm, but to create coherence, depth and meaning on the dancefloor. Rather than chasing instant impact, Ektoside focuses on long-form tension and release: subtle details, carefully shaped transitions, and melodic fragments that return like memories. His sound moves between hypnotic momentum and emotional clarity, balancing intensity with space and restraint.
