Memotone is a prolific composer and performer from the UK. Growing up in the woodlands of Wessex and now living in Wales. His music explores themes grounded in environmentalism, psychogeography and the unreliable nature of perception. Calling on jazz, classical, folk and ethnic music as well as modern production styles and electronics he builds miniature worlds, and with an extensive back catalogue, there is plenty to explore. Memotone has releases with World of Echo, The Trilogy Tapes, Soda Gong, Sahko Recordings, Discrepent, Accidental Meetings, 12th Isle, Patience/Impatience, Folklore Tapes and many more.
