A musical journey from the Yangtze River to the plains of La Mancha, bridging Chinese classical poetry with the epic verses of Don Quixote. The program features traditional Chinese airs and songs alongside works by Maurice Ravel and Jacques Ibert. This performance celebrates musical dynasties and their contemporary voices, featuring baritone Liao Changyong as a guide through these two cultural eldorados.
