Sad and Gazing is a new night devoted to the lush, introspective side of Amsterdam’s underground—a space where distortion and atmosphere take center stage. Rooted in a DIY ethos, we aim to give shoegaze the central platform it rarely gets, inviting audiences into a fog-soaked world of saturated colors and roaring, immersive soundscapes. More than just a concert, Sad and Gazing is about building a community of emotion: creating a shared moment for drifting and feeling lost together in the dreamy haze of shoegaze and dream pop.
