A danceable latin alternative night.
Pahua brings her genre-blending Latin beats and global bass to Flushing Town Hall. A singer, composer, percussionist, DJ, and producer from Mexico City, she mixes Caribbean and folkloric beats with electronics and percussion, creating a dance soundtrack rooted in cumbia, folktronica, and tribal Latin rhythms. Join before the concert for a special pre-show workshop and dance the night away on the theater dance floor. Mexican food will also be available for purchase.
