Sama’ Abdulhadi is a Palestinian DJ and producer internationally recognized for her high-octane, full-bodied techno and emotionally charged sets. Born in Jordan and raised in Ramallah, she first connected with music through hip-hop before diving into Beirut’s underground techno scene, where she developed her signature sound — “Berlin techno perceived in a Lebanese way.” Her 2018 Boiler Room set in Ramallah, now surpassing 10 million views, introduced global audiences to the raw energy of Arab techno culture and propelled her onto the international stage. Since then, she has performed at major festivals and institutions worldwide including Coachella, Glastonbury, Circoloco, Primavera, Fusion, Exit Festival’s Dance Arena, and BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix. Beyond the decks, Abdulhadi is deeply committed to supporting creative communities in Palestine and the Middle East. She founded Union in Ramallah to nurture emerging artists and launched global initiatives such as Bring Back Beirut and Resilience, platforms dedicated to artistic solidarity and cultural advocacy.
