Kasímmavik σημαίνει σημείο συνάντησης στη γλώσσα των Inupiaq, των αυτόχθονων πληθυσμών της βόρειας Αλάσκας. Το ντουέτο δημιουργήθηκε το 2022 από τη Νίκη Κοκκόλη (άλτο σαξόφωνο) και τον Σίμο Ρηνιώτη (τύμπανα). Αυτή η πρώτη τους δισκογραφική δουλειά αποτελείται από 13 ad hoc συνθέσεις, με κοινό θεματικό άξονα το συγγραφικό έργο του Herman Melville. Με τις ηχητικές επιρροές να εκτείνονται από την χαοτική γλώσσα της free jazz έως και τον μινιμαλισμό των ambient ηχοτοπίων, οι δύο μουσικοί εξερευνούν τις έννοιες της συνάντησης και της απομάκρυνσης.
