An underground jazz night.
The four cellists of the Metropole Orkest, known as Metrocelli, specialize in jazz, pop, and world music. Operating as a full band, they push the versatility of the cello to its limits. Their creative performances range from the raw energy of Nirvana and funky bass rhythms to the warm trumpet sounds of Ibrahim Maalouf, while still honoring the instrument's poetic side through intimate folk melodies.
