Wheel en Stoned Jesus, twee bands die binnen de moderne heavy- en progrockscene hun eigen herkenbare stempel hebben gezet, co-headlinen Patronaat op zaterdag 4 april! Het Finse Wheel groeide sinds 2015 uit van goed bewaard geheim tot vaste waarde in de internationale prog-metalscene. Met strak gesneden riffs, sterke hooks en maatschappelijk geladen thema’s, zoals op het recente album Charismatic Leaders, zet de band live een intens, meeslepend geluid neer. Het Oekraïense Stoned Jesus, actief sinds 2009, brak door met een eigenzinnige mix van stoner, prog en grunge. Het epische I’m the Mountain werd een cultfavoriet en de band speelde sindsdien bijna 500 shows wereldwijd, van Europese zalen tot Zuid-Amerikaanse festivals. Ze brengen zware grooves, psychedelische lagen en songs die live nog lang blijven nagalmen.
