Light Asylum is an internationally celebrated dark electronic project founded by vocalist, producer, and multi-disciplinary artist Shannon Funchess. Originally hailing from Brooklyn and currently based in Portland, Oregon, the project's sound is deeply rooted in 1980s aesthetics, blending elements of darkwave, synthpop, and post-punk into a unique musical experience.
