Brussels-based singer, composer, and theatre maker Adja is recognized as one of the most compelling voices in Europe's contemporary jazz and soul scene. Her music blends jazz, alternative R&B, and singer-songwriter traditions, featuring expressive vocals and storytelling that reflects universal experiences. Influenced by artists such as D'Angelo, Erykah Badu, and Joni Mitchell, her sound is characterized by rich harmonies and subtle grooves. Following her debut album, Golden Retrieve Her, released in 2025, she continues to showcase her intimate yet expansive musical style.
