Maxime Sanchez est un pianiste de jazz reconnu, ayant étudié au CNSM de Paris et au collège de Marciac. Lauréat du prestigieux concours Thelonious Monk en 2018, il mène plusieurs projets comme Flash Pig et son trio Standards. Son travail mêle tradition du jazz et explorations modernes.
