American blues guitarist and singer Christone "Kingfish" Ingram may only be 26, but he already boasts an impressive list of collaborations. For his debut album, the young talent hit the studio with none other than Buddy Guy, Eddy Gales, and Keb' Mo. With roots in the Mississippi Delta and a gift that’s impossible to ignore, Kingfish is a born blues musician. His striking nickname was given to him by his father, who showed him a documentary about Muddy Waters when Ingram was just five years old.
