His sound blends ambient, neoclassical, electronic, and avant-pop to facilitate inner journeys and the expansion of consciousness. His work includes the feature documentary "Music for Mushrooms" and the expansive live album series "Soundtrack For The Psychedelic Practitioner," which features music improvised during psilocybin ceremonies. With a catalog of over 30 albums, East Forest has collaborated with renowned artists like Jon Hopkins, Ram Dass, and Max Cooper. Beyond music, he is a prominent figure in meditation and accessibility-focused spirituality, leading retreats and hosting the "Ten Laws" podcast.
