Peaches Live at Melkweg Amsterdam
A gritty, high-energy electroclash night.
PEACHES is an iconic feminist musician, producer, director, and performance artist. Peaches broke through with her 2000 debut album, The Teaches of Peaches, which introduced the world to her sexually transgressive, fiercely assertive, and utterly captivating personality. Since then, Peaches has released four more groundbreaking albums, collaborated with artists like Iggy Pop, Daft Punk, Christina Aguilera, and Yoko Ono, and her work has been studied at universities worldwide. Peaches' latest album, No Lube So Rude, recorded with co-producer The Squirt Deluxe, is a bold, unapologetic exploration of identity, sexuality, age, and bodily autonomy. It is a provocative work of emotional and sonic alchemy that balances the poetic and the profane in equal measure, transforming all the friction and frustration of modern life into joy and transcendence. This programme is part of Club Chrome: Melkweg’s multidisciplinary festival for WorldPride 2026, where music, art and activism unite.
