ROOTSONIC, co-curated by Romain Azzaro and Dylan Greene, traces connections between roots and reinvention, bringing together artists whose work moves fluidly between tradition, contemporary expression, and soundsystem culture. The program features desert blues, African dance music, and MC-driven performances. Voices take centre stage through song, speech, and chant. Residency artists present material developed at Gaswerk, blending individual projects into new collaborations through the Radical Music Lab. It is a shared space of exchange, experimentation, and collective creation.
