Elmiene

Elmiene, born Abdala Elamin and raised in Oxford, is a 21-year-old artist with a mesmerizing soul voice. His debut single ‘Golden’ gained a lot of attention after it was used at Virgil Abloh’s final show for Louis Vuitton. Since then he has collaborated with well-known artists such as Sampha, Syd and Stormzy. His music, influenced by soul legends such as Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye, combines old school R&B with modern production, resulting in a fresh and compelling sound. In April, the singer was still in Cinetol, which was sold out in the blink of an eye. Last summer he performed at North Sea Jazz and Lowlands and in December he returns for a show in Amsterdam, this time in Tolhuistuin.
