De Deense pianist en componist Søren Bebe staat aan de voorhoede van de Europese jazz en wordt vaak vergeleken met Scandinavische grootheden zoals Tord Gustavsen en Esbjörn Svensson. Sinds de oprichting van zijn trio in 2007 heeft Bebe een sound ontwikkeld die lyrische schoonheid, Scandinavische stemmingen en muzikale verhalen aaneenweeft. Op 30 januari 2026 brengt het trio hun langverwachte negende studioalbum Gratitude uit, als opvolger van het veelgeprezen en voor een Danish Music Award genomineerde Here Now (2023).
