Joe Stilgoe and Giacomo Smith have come together to form The Entertainers — a new supergroup bringing together members of Kansas Smitty’s and Joe’s own band, with guest vocalists Lucy-Anne Daniels and Pete Horsfall. Their music is inspired by the world of jazz clubs: the musicians, the regulars, the late-night characters and the shared obsession that keeps everyone coming back. With swinging arrangements, vocal harmonies and exceptional musicianship, The Entertainers turn these characters and stories into a musical portrait of jazz club life. For this special Christmas show, Joe Stilgoe's Upstairs at Ronnie's residency moves to the main club for a bigger, festive celebration of Ronnie's and the people who can’t live without it.
