A mainstream pop soul night.
Voordat ze ook maar één keer samen op het podium stonden, werkte Couch bijna drie jaar lang via FaceTime aan hun muziek. Wat begon als een langafstandsproject tussen vrienden van de middelbare school en universiteit, die vanuit slaapkamers verspreid over het hele land nummers schreven en opnamen, groeide uit tot een titelloze debuut-EP en een reeks singles, met als hoogtepunt hun doorbraak tijdens een tour langs twintig steden in 2022. Na hun terugkeer in thuisstad Boston bracht de band in 2023 hun tweede EP uit, 'Sunshower'. Sindsdien toerden ze met Lake Street Dive en Cory Wong (Vulfpeck), en stonden ze eerder in het voorprogramma van onder meer St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Sammy Rae & The Friends en Ripe. In maart 2026 keren ze terug naar Amsterdam voor hun allereerste headline-optreden in Tolhuistuin, met hun debuutalbum 'Big Talk' op zak.
