In de succesvolle serie Welkom in Calefaxland nodigt het wereldberoemde rietkwintet Calefax jaarlijks een bijzondere gast uit. In deze vijfde editie is dat antropoloog en schrijver Joris Luyendijk. In deze voorstelling verdiept hij zich in hoogbegaafdheid, begeleid door muziek van onder meer Bach en Nancarrow die bekend staan om hun meesterlijke muzikale structuren.
