A Friday night of rich, swirling and atmospheric Eastern European Jewish wedding music and Yiddish song at Jamboree, presenting the Hop Skotshne Klezmer Band and Yiddiomatikh. Headliners Hop Skotshne are a six-piece ensemble breathing fresh life into traditional Jewish wedding music. The group blends authentic styles with inventive arrangements, moving from emotive doinas to high-energy freylekhs. Their infectious energy and versatile lineup of brass, woodwinds, and accordion creates an unforgettable experience for the dance floor. Supporting them is Yiddiomatikh, featuring Paul and Ailsa, who perform traditional and contemporary Yiddish songs with deep heart and commitment, exploring a repertoire that reaches as far as the Caucasus mountains.
