Sutcliffe No More, Control & Kommando Live at Slaughterhouse Moabit Berlin
A high-energy, gritty industrial night.
aufnahme + wiedergabe + Raubbau presents an evening of Power Electronics and Industrial music. Sutcliffe No More is the successor to the influential Power Electronics act Sutcliffe Jugend, founded by Kevin Tomkins in 1982. After evolving through various styles and a hiatus, the project returned in 2019 with a more diverse musical approach that incorporates distorted rhythms while maintaining its noise roots. Control is the project of Thomas Garrison, a Santa Cruz-based artist and mastering engineer. Since the late nineties, he has established himself as a premier American Power Electronics act with numerous acclaimed releases and performances. Kommando was Dan Courtman’s project prior to Thorofon. Originally active in the early industrial scene, the project was re-established in 2007 and has since released several albums continuing its aggressive sonic exploration.
