Reinhardt Buhr is a South African multi-instrumentalist who creates immersive soundscapes through live looping. Starting his musical path at 19, the self-taught artist masters instruments including the electric cello, didgeridoo, guitar, and shofar. His performances are spiritual experiences that blend his personal history of overcoming depression and addiction with real-time compositions. Each show is an exploration of transformation and fellowship, where complex layers of sound are built from scratch on stage.
