Brooklyn-based guitarist Max Light performs a special set and session. Light is known for his intricate improvisational style and complex compositions, as highlighted in his recent release Chaotic Neutral. A second-place winner in the 2019 Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz International Guitar Competition, he has established himself as a prominent voice in the modern jazz scene through collaborations with artists like Noah Preminger and Jason Palmer. This performance features a 11:30pm set followed by a 12:30am session. Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited standing room available.
