A gritty, underground experimental rock night.
Experimental rock band Neptune returns with 'Play Some Music', their ninth full-length album. Reunited after twelve years, the project features Jason Sidney Sanford, Mark William Pearson, and Daniel Paul Boucher. Neptune is known for their distinctive homemade instruments, ranging from microtonal steel guitars to amplified circular saw blades and feedback organs. Their sound world blends frenetic guitars and drums with new gamelan-like percussion and electronic textures. They are joined by Polarized, a Hague-based act influenced by Unwound and The Jesus Lizard, presenting their album 'Subject: Object', mixed by Greg Saunier of Deerhoof.
