H SMOKE THE FUZZ IN COLLABORATION WITH COMO ESTA EVENTS, PROUDLY ANNOUNCE THE FIRST APPEARANCE OF FULL OF HELL IN GREECE! For the explosive Full Of Hell from Ocean City in Maryland, Pennsylvania, life has always flowed on a supersonic pattern, so in the saving year 2009 they made the decision to come into the world to show what supersonic music would mean that would unite an army of fans by their side. A band that took its name from the homonymous song of Entombed from the monumental album “Wolverine Blues”, could not but be special and great and so Dylan Walker (vocals, electronics and various other noises), Spencer Hazard (guitars and also other noises) and Dave Bland (the drummer-octopus of the case), having next to them Brandon Brown (bass, vocals) and Dustin (unknown other elements, vocals), sowed their seed in the world more ready than ever to turn their eyes on them. The beginning with the EP “Savages” (2009, self-funded) and “The Inevitable Fear Of Existence” (2010, Get The Right Records(), will bring the first rave reviews from the press and soon the Full Of Hell after a split with Goldust in 2011, they release their debut full-length (“Roots Of Earth Are Consuming My Home”) from A389 Recordings in the same year. EP/eplits/demo are nice and everything that emphasizes the underground, but history was written through the albums. Their debut receives rave reviews and they continue unabated the following year with 3 more splits with Calm The Fire, Code Orange Kids and The Guilt Of… respectively, until the time comes for the 2nd full album. In 2013 “Rudiments Of Mutilation” makes their initial more punk/hardcore style more metallic and we can more safely talk about a clear grindcore/powerviolence explosive mixture that gives extra hearing to those who do not have it. Without any complacency and pause, they continue with a live album (“Music From The Dial”, 2013) but also a collaboration album with Whitehorse, named “White Hell/Full Of Horse” in 2014. Another collaboration takes place with Merzbow named “Sister Pawn” in 2015, which is also the swan song of Dustin and Brandon Brown, with their positions being taken respectively by Sam DiGristine (bass, vocals) and Gabe Solomon with the line-up since then remaining strong and stable. Their own EP in early 2016 named “Amber Mote in The Black Vault” will show that the world is eager for their new full material and a great moment comes when they release the split with Nails at the end of the same year and their name is heard as strongly as ever. Changing companies and moving to the honest Profound Lore Records equates to even greater promotion and “Trumpeting Ecstasy” in 2017 is considered by many to be the album of the transition to the new era with the new Line-up and that things are starting to get serious like never before. With the multifaceted The Body, the collaboration “Ascending A Mountain Of Heavy Light” will be released at the end of the year, while the splits continue unabated in 2018 with the corresponding one with “Intensive Care. 2019 comes the time for the amazing “Weeping Choir” which is also their entry into Relapse and many consider as their best work to date. The following year brings a terrible compilation called “Roots Of Earth, Rudiments Of Mutilation” which are nothing more than their first 2 albums gathered in one release, while it proves to be a year of bombardment of releases as the EP “FOH Noise Vol. 5” is also released. Over the years, the band methodically and more professionally continues the terrible releases with the next album being “Garden Of Burning Apparitions” where, as it was written at the time, “in just over 20' they destroy the world whenever they want and however they want”. They will not stop there, however, as stagnation has never been a word connected with Full Of Hell. The EP “Aurora Leaking From An Open Wound” in 2022 will give way the following year to a new collaboration with the great Primitive Man in 2023 named “Suffocating Hallucination” and their latest full-length comes the following year, as in 2024 they release “Coagulaed Bliss” from Closed Casket Activities, where even those who ignored them for so many years will officially learn about them. Their latest collaboration so far will come at the end of last year with Andrew Nolan entitled “Scraping The Divine”, while the band will not leave its audience complaining this year either, as it released the EP “Broken Sword, Rotten Shield” in May. Full Of Hell are known and non-exempt in how they render their material at super-fast speed at concerts, with rumors speaking of a sound wall that shows no mercy in its path and leaves listeners stunned. For the first time they will come with the full intention to destroy Athens and they come in the best possible phase of their career, with their foot remaining pressed on the gas. The concert will be opened by the other band of Bland/DiGristine together with the “old” acquaintance Brandon Brown, Jarhead Fertilizer, who also indulge in the same “annoying” grindcore/powerviolence pattern. They were created in 2011 in parallel with Full Of Hell and released the EP “Opiate Conquest” in 2015 independently, before Closed Casket Activities” also stung them for the release of the first full-length “Product Of My Environment” in 2021 and the 2nd album “Carceral Warfare” in 2023, therefore 3 former and current members of Full Of Hell have acted on a double board in recent years and there was no better opportunity for representation of both bands than in the upcoming tour. Since fans of the genre are advocates of the saying “Grind for passion, not fashion”, we are sure that it will be a night of violent demonstration of power on stage and we hope that with the response of the world, it will be the first, but not the last time we will see both of them. In any case, you have been properly warned and those with a light heart should be prepared for everything!
